PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)
for the Sale and Delivery of Goods
This document constitutes an official public offer of the sole proprietor Yurii Yuriiovych Bochkor, a Single Tax Payer, Group 2, to enter into a contract for the sale of goods by remote means under the terms and conditions set forth below.
Pursuant to Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this contract is a public contract, and its terms are the same for all Buyers.
The fact of placing an order on the website and/or clicking the “Place / Confirm Order” button and/or checking the box indicating agreement with the terms of this Contract constitutes the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all terms of this Offer.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Offer — a public proposal of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to enter into a contract for the sale of goods by remote means.
1.2. Contract — this public contract (offer) for the sale of goods.
1.3. Online Store — the Seller’s website at: https://amanitahub.store, through which goods are sold.
1.4. Goods — products presented in the Seller’s Online Store.
1.5. Buyer — a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and places an order for goods for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity.

2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept such Goods in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
2.2. The Contract shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order in any of the following ways:
- placing an order through the Online Store;
- confirming the order by phone or email;
- paying for the order.
3. Order Placement
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the Online Store or by contacting the Seller using the contact details provided on the website.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information necessary to fulfill the order, including:
- first and last name;
- contact phone number;
- delivery address.
3.3. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information.
3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill an order if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
4. Price of Goods and Payment Procedure
4.1. Prices for the Goods are indicated on the Online Store website in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH).
4.2. The Seller is not a value-added tax (VAT) payer. VAT is not included in the price of the Goods and is not charged separately.
4.3. The Seller has the right to change prices unilaterally before the Buyer places an order.
4.4. Payment is made using the methods specified on the website in the “Payment and Delivery” section.
4.5. The Buyer’s payment obligations are deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller’s account.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by delivery services chosen by the Buyer.
5.2. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the Goods and is paid by the Buyer separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the delivery service.
6. Return of Goods
6.1. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”
6.2. The Buyer has the right to return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of receipt.
6.3. Refunds are made within 30 calendar days from the moment the Seller receives the returned Goods.
6.4. The costs associated with returning goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Seller undertakes to:
- provide the Buyer with Goods of proper quality;
- ensure the confidentiality of personal data.
7.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
- review the terms of this Contract before placing an order;
- provide accurate contact information.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the Goods by the Buyer.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. This Contract is concluded within the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — through judicial proceedings.
