We offer several convenient payment methods:

• Online payment on the website (by bank card);

• Payment via PayPal (for international orders);

• Bank transfer to a PrivatBank card using the provided details;

• Cash on delivery upon receiving the order at a Nova Poshta branch.

If cash on delivery is selected, the recipient pays upon receipt of the parcel:

• the cost of the goods;

• the cost of delivery;

• the cash transfer service fee charged by the courier company.

Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Orders with a total value of over 1,000 UAH are delivered free of charge within Ukraine, at the sender’s expense.

International Delivery

International shipments are carried out by Ukrposhta.
The cost of international delivery is USD 5, charged additionally.
Delivery time depends on Ukrposhta’s operating conditions and tariffs and may vary.

Order Delivery Process

1. Order confirmation or receipt of an SMS with payment details.

2. Payment for the order (or selection of cash on delivery).

3. Order preparation and secure packaging.

4. Creation of the tracking number — the order is shipped on the same or the next business day.

5. Receipt of an SMS with the tracking number to track the shipment.

6. Delivery within 1–2 days in Ukraine (delivery times depend on the carrier and destination).

7. Notification of parcel arrival at the branch.

8. Receipt of the order and payment (in case of cash on delivery).

Return Policy

• You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it if it does not meet your expectations.

• Whole mushroom caps can be returned even after the package has been opened.

• Capsules can only be returned if the original seal remains intact.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Refunds are processed after the returned goods are received at our warehouse.
